The sold-price map is live for England and Wales. If something else would help you check a street before you buy or sell, these three keep coming up — and none of them are built. No dates, no fake demos.

  1. Can you show stamp duty on this sale?

    There is no calculator. A nearby sold price is not a tax bill.

  2. Can you show where the title stops?

    Title plan borders are not mapped. We do not draw the fences.

  3. Can you show what’s been approved on this street?

    We do not track local council applications or past extensions. That check is still yours.
