What would help your homework?

The sold-price map is live for England and Wales. If something else would help you check a street before you buy or sell, these six keep coming up — and none of them are built. No dates, no fake demos.
  1. Can you show the catchment, not just the school pin?

School pins are on the map. The catchment lines are not. We have not drawn them.

  2. Can I pin my work and check the commute?

Nearby amenities are already on the map. A pin for your workplace is not built.

  3. Can you show stamp duty on this sale?

There is no calculator. A nearby sold price is not a tax bill.

  4. Can you show where the title stops?

Title plan borders are not mapped. We do not draw the fences.

  5. Can you show the flood zone?

Environment Agency flood data is not on the map. Keep doing your own checks.

  6. Can you show what’s been approved on this street?

We do not track local council applications or past extensions. That check is still yours.

What’s live is the sold-price map — HM Land Registry Price Paid, shown on the buildings, England and Wales. Coverage says what’s in that feed, and what isn’t.
